Reboot
Restarted the diet this week. Well...mostly. My dumb ass forgot to mak a sandwich this morning as I was trying to collect all my tax info so I could mail it when I got to work. Then there's the fact that I'm exhausted so I got a chai latte for breakfast. HOWEVER, despite all that I'll still eat less than maintenance calories today, and have done so the last 2 days as well.
Basically, I started dating again (who knew that'd ever happen!?), and its given me new motivation to drop the weight. Apparently cute girls are interested in me (again.....who knew!?) so I feel compelled to make myself a little bit cuter......and a little bit more pleasing to the eye naked. If I'm honest with myself, there's really only one girl in particular who is providing my motivation, but if it tanks with her I'll be even more motivated to make her realize what she missed out on......or something like that I guess.
So far its not THAT hard to stick to although I'm not in the habit of making a lunch in the mornings quite yet. Also, my workouts are alreay starting to suffer. Such a drastic intake cut definetly leaves me with less energy by the time I make it to the gym at night, and not being able to hit the snooze a time or two in the morning means I'm more retarded for the first few hours of the day as well. Ah well.....I just hope its all worth it.
