Still experimenting
Well, I'm still participating in this grand experiment of trying to get unfat. Having colitis has thrown a kink into the works, and made me re-evaluate my previous usage of intermittent fasting. I was concerned that only eating twice a day was resulting in me eating too high a volume in one sitting thusly causing my colitis. After going back to 3 squares, it appears that was indeed my issue. So I'm going back on IF, but splitting the 2 big meals up so that I don't eat a massive amount at any one sitting.
