motivation

Been pretty good for about a month now. down to 218 lbs. Trying out some new things in the gym. The flavor of the week is focusing on the negative half of the rep on all of my exercises. Its rough!

Motivation comes and goes. Right now I'm feeling highly motivated. Yesterday, significantly less so. This is really a life long battle. I guess in the end as long as I'm in control more than I'm out of control, the right stuff will happen. We shall see.....
