Progressing...........slowly
I'm still working out, but focusing a lot on my diet. Its progressing very slowly. As it turns out, the only reason I wasn't blowing up in weight before was due to all the exercise. I was eating a shit-ton of garbage, and gradually parring down the calories is proving to be difficult. I cut out about 500 calories a day, and I'm just NOW at maintenance for 230 lbs. Shit! So now I'm trying to figure out how to carve out another 500, and still have the energy to work out at the end of the day. I guess really the best news I have is that after a weekends worth of wedding stuff, I didn't gain any weight. I'm still hovering at 231.
